Add support for python 3.10+ typing

When detecting the type definitions of fields, Hologram currently checks for the Optional, Union, Dict, Mapping classes.

From Python 3.10 onwards there is a different syntax for defining optional or union types and these are not currentl handled. For example, none of the examples below are currently recognized:

int | None
str | int
dict[str, Any]
