This is to remove the LR flip of the bvecs, which has now been fixed in core MRtrix3.

Hi Donald - This is great!

  1. Has the fix in the core library been merged to master?
  2. Did you test that it still works in the neonatal dHCP? ;-)

I thought it had been merged ages ago! Let me double-check first just in case I've got this all wrong... I'll confirm next week when I get the chance to run it through its paces.
