Decipher NoteTab Clip

Installation:

1. Make sure you have installed NoteTab and Python 2.7.x.
2. Download the latest Decipher-Surveys-Latest.clb file.
3. Save it to C:\Program Files (x86)\NoteTab 7\Libraries
4. Open up NoteTab and the new clip should be added bottom toolbar.
5. You are now ready to go!
