This upgrades to the latest electron version and updates node-abi which is required for rebuilding native modules.
Relevant upgrade notices for electron 4:
Tested on linux and windows. You might need to
yarn rebuild-nativesafter updating to this so that you don't warnings about the grpc module not being found.
