The new workspace is based on the deegree-workspace-utah and contains only vector data, therefore the '-light' suffix. The creation was necessary since the previously used workspace, deegree-workspace-inspire, is out of use.
This workspace can completely be used offline and does not increase the disk-size of the OSGeoLive ISO.
