The Generic OGC Web Service Client part of deegree's webservices administration console is outdated and not maintained anymore.
I do propose to remove the client from the console without any replacement.

There are plenty of clients available to send requests to OGC web services, such as browser plugins or JavaScript based web clients such as https://www.osgeo.org/projects/owslib/ or https://github.com/OSGeo/ows.js.

With upgrading the deegree admin console to JSF 2.2/Servlet 3.1 (#990 and #991) the component and all it's related resources shall be removed from the webservices webapp.

As of version 3.5 the built-in generic OGC web service client is removed from deegree admin console.

With PR #1271 this change has been integrated into 3.5 main branch. The views and resources related to the client have been removed from the web console.
