The tool merged in #873 is not available on https://www.deegree.org/download. In the repository only the artefact is available but not the executable jar: http://repo.deegree.org/content/groups/public/org/deegree/deegree-tools-config/3.4.2/

To create the executable jar it is currently required to activate the profile jar-with-dependencies. The plugins inherited from the parent are not working correctly as the assembly.xml is missing and the property
toolboxname is not configured in the pom.
