Currently, plotHeatmap and plotProfile completely ignore the reference point labels specified by computeMatrix. That wasn't really a big deal, until it became possible to have different labels for each sample. Going forward, we should really default to None for those on the command line and then use whatever the per-sample setting is. This is a partial duplicate of #606
