• Adds the re-train functionality, where the user submits the training configuration to a kafka topic that the Retrain pipeline of Baskerville listens to. The user is notified when it fails and when it is completed.
• Add messages list - so that the user can look up messages/ notifications asyc
• Redirect to login if 401 response from server
• Other minor bug fixes
