Rendering Issue of CSM Installation Wizard Page

Description

1. Fixed the rendering issue of the CSM Installation Wizard page for latest version [0.134.1] of Hugo.
2. The older version [0.120.3] it was working fine but for newer versions from 0.123.0 to latest it was having issues of header and footer.
3. Upgraded the latest Hugo version in deploy.yaml file in GitHub workflows.

Before modifying the CSM Installation Page it was opening to new page, but now it is opening in the same page so there were some issues related to header and footer. So, that is now resolved.
