[BUG]: Cert-CSI Documentation is Pointing to Wrong Image Version/Binary

The Cert-CSI documentation link still references cert-csi:v1.6.0; even though 1.7.0 is released.
The link: Download cert-csi from here
Is wrong...
the right link is https://github.com/dell/cert-csi/releases/tag/v1.7.0
and the file was renamed from cert-csi-linux-amd64 to cert-csi
so all the subsequent documentation that references "cert-csi-linux-amd64" needs to be updated to reflect the change to "cert-csi"
