HDFSLogStore leaks crc files

Due to HADOOP-16255, FileContext.rename leaks crc files, which can make listing very slow over time.

Credit goes to Gerard Maas which reported a similar issue in SPARK-28025.

@HeartSaVioR Are you interested in fixing this for Delta Lake? The fix should be similiar to your fix for Spark in apache/spark#25488.
