When github runners apt's cache is out of sync, not sure what really cause this or if it happens often, apt-get install may try to install package versions that are no longer available in repos.

PR Summary

  • Update of Continuous Integration Setup
The changes in this pull request made adjustments to our continuous integrations actions workflow. We've introduced a new command in the 'ci.yml' configuration file. What it does is it makes sure that our package manager tool (apt) has all the latest patches and updates before we go ahead to install any dependencies our project might need. This is important to ensure we're not facing avoidable issues or security risks due to outdated tools during our automated testing or build processes.
