Remove WorkerOptions::deno, though it will be brought back with a different type once permissions forking (#4867) is implemented.

Is there an issue for:

once permissions forking is implemented

If not can we get one and link it here, so it is more clear what the roadmap is for workers?

Permission forking in workers issue:
#4867

Open PR:
#8215

The PR linked above is currently blocked by discussion in:
#8266

I think we could keep WorkerOptions::deno but it would have no effect after landing #8178

#8215 mantains the Deno namespace option under the interface suggested here #4867 (comment) (deno.namespace: boolean)
