Problem:

Sometimes the language server needs a restart - and currently the only option (as of version 3.2.0) is to restart VSCode. (Maybe I have just been to dumb to find it?!).

Solution:

Give an option to restart the language server (Deno: Restart language server) when hitting Ctrl + Shift + P or F1 as in the previous versions of the extension (#99).
