This PR adds deno as a recognised formatter for
sveltefiles. It seems that the recent PR #1223 missed thesvelteentry.note: I have just copied the pattern from the mentioned PR. I'm actually not familiar with this code.
I have tested with deno canary.
fix #1192
(probably #1178 can be closed as well)
