Regarding #3843, the 2 commands are working now with magento_dir.
When 'deploy:vendors' is run, the 'release_or_current_path' is changed temporarily so that the recipe doesn't need to include an override for the 'deploy:vendors' task.
The other command is just extended with the magento_dir variable.
