feat: Comprehensive email summary #339

Revised comprehensive email summary

  • shows all important properties: name, start date, end date, location and description/comment (if applicable)
  • compare changes easily: old value is crossed out, new value is written below
  • formatted date: use the date format that you like best
  • custom email subject: e.g. use your calendar name as the subject

We could probably use https://developers.google.com/apps-script/reference/utilities/utilities#formatDate(Date,String,String) instead of creating an additional function but that's not mandatory.
