内部的にはやってそうだけど random.seed() を呼んだほうが良いかもしれない

あと、日替わりにする場合は radom.seed(user_name + date.strftime("%F")) かな

日替わりは別チケットにする。
シードアルゴリズムをOmikujiライブラリ側で変更可能にしないといけない。
