Issue Description

Update devfile/registry Go modules to use Go 1.24.

• Update tests/odov3/go.mod to Go 1.24
• Update tests/validate_devfile_schemas/go.mod to Go 1.24
• Update .ci/Dockerfile to Go 1.24
• Update .ci/Dockerfile.offline to Go 1.24
• Update .github/workflows/ci.yaml to Go 1.24
• Update .github/workflows/pushimge-next.yaml to Go 1.24
• Update .github/workflows/validate-stacks.yaml to Go 1.24
• Update .github/workflows/validate-samples.yaml to Go 1.24
• Update .github/workflows/validate-samples.yaml to Go 1.24
• Update .devfile.yaml to Go 1.24
• Do code refactoring where needed
• Update go version under openshift/release, see Update devfile registry to use go 1.21 and OpenShift 4.15 openshift/release#53126
• Update Go tag under README
