AssemblyDescriptionAttribute is not included in AssemblyInfoGenerator

## Describe the Bug

Although the README states that `AssemblyDescriptionAttribute` is included, I noticed that it doesn't appear in the `Attributes` hash set in `AssemblyInfoGenerator`, and so I was unable to use this value in my project.
