+We live in a stressful world, and I come from a part of the world where little to no support structure exists for such issues. Here I'd like to tell you what worked and didn't work for me.

+Gaurav Chaturvedi has been in the ops space since 2007. He's worked in various capacities ranging from a nagios monkey to managing DNS infrastructure of a hosting company, nowadays he works as a consultant with companies to help solve their provisioning and infrastructure needs.
