Thanks for letting me use bindings :). The first commit adds the binding files as-is from python-bitcointx and python-elementstx. The second file requests an update to the license.
After a green signal from your commit in the merge commit, I can cherry-pick these commits(including the merge commit) and build my updates to integrate to bitcoin test-framework on top of it.
