Update to the latest gRPC API and fix the breaking changes for the new Liftbridge API (liftbridge-io/liftbridge#93). This should be the last breaking change before a stable release of the server.
This just fixes the client so that it works with the latest Liftbridge server. I'm planning to make a few more PRs to the client to help get it up to parity with the Go client.
