dhimmel/integrate v2.0: Building the Hetionet v1.0 network of biomedicine

This release builds Hetionet v1.0, the biomedical hetnet used in Project Rephetio. Data is integrated from 29 resources into 11 node types and 24 relationship types. This release includes the derivation of 5 permuted hetnets and export functionality to the Neo4j graph database. In this repository, rephetio-v2.0 is synonymous with Hetionet v1.0.

Initial release

The initial release of our heterogeneous network for repurposing drugs. The network consists of 10 types of nodes (metanodes) and 27 types of edges (metaedges). It contains 49,427 nodes and 5,998,711 edges (2,977,167 of which are unbiased).
