Description
This pull request combines the CLI that was located in
conda_index.index.shardsinto the main CLI for the project atconda_index.cli. In order to make this work, I have added a new--shardedoption. When it is set, it will generate the repodata shards.This does not generate both
repodata.jsonand shards at the same time. You would be expected to run the command twice: once for normal repodata and once for shards.Checklist - did you ...
