Recently we wanted to extend our analysis with khmer to use longer kmers. However, current limit is 31? So I was wondering if this is going to be extended upto 100?

I believe this is a planned feature. See #60

Yep - also #732, point 6. Should be in khmer within the next 2-3 months (?)
