Remove (by default) temporary gcov files created when running code coverage

When running code coverage for CBMC there are a number of temporary (gcov) files that are created. The script should tidy up these files at the end of the run.

Additionally to allow people to create custom reports there should be a command line option to allow users to keep these files.
