This is really just to demo as it will only show recent job executions and files them on the FE for now.

We should probably store a record of these task runs for future reference, etc.

Admin UI and CLI command for issuing cluster tasks.
Currently prepends functions executed as part of a task execution with a
taskId
in order to correlate them and demonstrate function calls.In the future this should be moved into a seperate property.
