The latest version of KtLint, 0.6.1 has "fixed" their package naming from
com.gihub.shyiko.ktlint.ruleset.standard.StandardRuleSetProviderintocom.github.shyiko.ktlint.ruleset.standard.StandardRuleSetProvider. Notice how the gihub has a t now.
