Repos are not removed from Digger Repos list after changing settings in GitHub

I initially configured Digger to have access to all the repositories in my organization. After re-configuring to only use 1 repository, the Digger API still showed all of the previously configured repositories.

I deleted the unnecessary repositories directly from the database and they have now been removed from the UI.
