Tests are failing because there is currently no way to use the existing libraries to accomplish this.

This PR overtaken by events (major refactoring of involved libraries). Developers who need secp256k1 did:key methods can use https://github.com/transmute-industries/did-key.js/tree/master/packages/secp256k1 . Closing.
