Motivation

If a region cannot be deleted, users will see "Region could not be deleted, because the following pages are mirrored in other regions:". The current german translation is "Die Region konnte nicht gelöscht werden, weil die folgenden Seiten in anderen Region gespiegelt werden:". "anderen Region" must be "anderen Regionen" to align with the original english message.
