bam files after realignment & output_dis file #56
Description
Hello,
Thank you for the msisensor tool.
I have 2 questions:
- I am using bam files after the GATK workflow. Is this a valid input for msisensor?
- I have a question regarding the output_dis file (I am using v 0.6).
I thought that this file has the lengths of the microstaellites. However it always has 100 values for T and for N.
What are these values?
