YM2413 MOTO SOUND CARD
U3,U1,U16 decode addresses to generate the proper chip select. The J3 junper set the device address to $a7fc/fd or $a7fe/ff for MO series and to $e7fc/fd or $e7fe/ff for TO series computers. The chip select enables data bus to the U4 output and U5 (sound chip) starts writing data bus to the proper register.
Because of some mistakes, this built version has cuttracks and jumpers.
