This PR exposes two important properties of the Radix Dialog Content and stabilizes the type reference for the container.
onCloseAutoFocusRefocusing an element when the CommandDialog has been closed could be quite a pain. Luckily Radix exposes a property to handle this inside of the Dialog itself so why not also expose as a prop of the CommandDialog
onEscapeKeyDownInterrupting the close event from Radix from within cmdk is nearly impossible, why not reexpose the property that Radix provides to opt out of the default handling
