Add the XMX and XMS parameter in environment variable.

We add to new environment vraible to set this :

ACTIVEMQ_MIN_MEMORY : to set the min memory that you should for ActiveMQ (XMS)
- ACTIVEMQ_MAX_MEMORY : to set the max memory that you should for ActiveMQ (XMX)
