This PR updates the CLI to be able to inspect Python inputs and outputs wrapped in the new
dispatch.sdk.python.v1.Pickledcontainer from dispatchrun/dispatch-proto#35.It also updates the CLI to report more detailed information about coroutine state when the new
typed_coroutine_statefield is used.
