Hi!
I'm trying to run DIYABC in R, but after creating the project and run the simulations, it gives me the next error:

!!! I have caught an exception which is:
Erreur dans readheaders().
Not enough loci of type found in the datafile from position 0. This is perhaps due to the elimination of 2 monomorphic loci from the original dataset.

I don't understand the error because I've 17956 Polymorphic SNPS.
Can you help me with this?

Thanks in advance.

Hi, sorry for the late reply. Could you attached here the content of the headerRF.txt file that is generated. Also what is the size of the generated reftableRF.bin file?
Thanks

Hi, I am really sorry for the very late reply.

Due to work overload, the development, support and maintenance for the project diyabcGUI is currently paused. Feel free to contact us (by submitting an issue) if you want to take over the development for this project. Pull request are also welcome to fix bug or implement missing functionalities.

I have updated the README file to announce this. This is the official announcement to clarify a situation that has been going on for quite some time.

You can still use the command line version of the software which is still maintained/supported. Check the documentation page here.

All my apologies for the trouble,
Best regards
