@djrobstep I am suspecting some out of memory problem in circleci. I don't have any other ideas and I cannot ssh into the container to look further. Can you please check? It would be great to have the latest poetry. Locally I have issues with older versions, like hangin on install or lock :( |

When trying to run the tests locally I bumped into problems with poetry. This PR upgrades poetry to its latest version.
