I just saw this today again: (at dlang/tools#312) As this PR bumps the version to DUB with this being fixed, we should probably merge this rather sooner than later. |

2.078.2 was released with more reliable retries and fallback mirror usage (dlang/dub#1339) - hopefully this helps to reduce the spurious DUB failures.
