Install system-wide using composer. Setup wizard.

It's now possible to install gh-dashboard using Composer global command. It's also easier to configure gh-dashboard as on the first run you will be asked for an access token and some defaults (organization, filter and state) which will be used when running gh-dashboard without specifying any option.
