To build the presentation:

  1) Download and install Docutils (http://docutils.sourceforge.net/)
  2) Run the presentation build script:

    $ cd <presentation-home>
    $ ./build.sh

  3) Point browser at: <presentation-home>/output/presentation.html

Many images are taken directly from various online resources. See
<presentation-home>/content/credits.txt for more information.
