[CI][jvm-packages] Run java examples on CI.

Currently jvm packages examples are resided under jvm-packages/xgboost4j-example. On CI only scala examples are being tested, not java examples. This is a tracking issue for running all examples on CI.

@trivialfis at this moment only flink and spark examples are tested. However, the code includes tests for both scala and java code. Do we want to add tests to all examples?

I don't have strong preference, but more coverage is always a good thing. :-)
