Update flutter_svg README with an example to scale images

Update the flutter_svg README file to add an example of how we can scale an SVG image into a ui.Image.

This might address the following issues:

• After methods deprecation, how can I convert SVG to the bitmap without Widget? #858
• Problem with scaling since flutter_svg 2.0 yang-f/flutter_svg_provider#47
