Yes, the goal is to unlock Composer 2 for repositories that are stuck with doctrine/coding-standard 6. That includes both the ORM and the ODM, maybe more. |

Pretty much any repository supporting PHP < 7.4 is on older coding-standard version, since newer one contains sniffs that don't work with older PHP versions. |
