Thanks, I will merge this now. It does change the look a bit because with this PR the border around the unfolded sections will be visible. Before it was invisible because of the unknown Therefore I will also add a section to the plugins wikipage describing how the folded sections can be styled using |

Replacing medium with border seems more bullet proof :)
