I've tried to maintain the v1 tag pointing to the latest 1.x.x version. This approach is used by github in https://github.com/actions/checkout. Fair to say, continuously updating the tag in git is weird. I will abandon this idea and just use one fixed tag per release to keep things simple.

FYI:
After #10 will be merged I plan to rename this repository.
The limitation to the PR events will be gone, so the original name would not make sense any more.
I should've done it 3 weeks ago, but as usual, I got busy with other stuff :)
