🔥 Bug Description

The error message of Create Release PR:

Create Release PR / Create Release PR
Error [ERR_REQUIRE_ESM]: require() of ES Module /home/runner/work/dotclinic/dotclinic/node_modules/conventional-changelog-conventionalcommits/src/index.js from /home/runner/work/dotclinic/dotclinic/actions-repo/.github/changelog.config.js not supported.
Instead change the require of index.js in /home/runner/work/dotclinic/dotclinic/actions-repo/.github/changelog.config.js to a dynamic import() which is available in all CommonJS modules.
