[GitHub] Exporter Has Stopped Working

I just noticed that the GitHub exporter is not working in my projects. I define it in the class with the [GitHub] attribute. This has previously worked. The only one that seems to work now is [Atlassian]. It looks like the [MarkdownExporter] isn't working either.

I am using Benchmarkdotnet v0.13.5. This is happening in all of my Benchmarkdotnet projects.

#2155 fixes it.

Due to bug, only one markdown exporter can be. Other md exporters replace it.
